Government Service Centers Evaluation Committee Honors Evaluation Team and Praises Performance Level

The Government Service Centers Evaluation Committee honored the teams who took part in the evaluation process of the government service centers during a ceremony held for completing the final evaluation of the centers with the attendance of Committee Chairman Mr. Mohamed Ali AlQaed - Chief Executive of the Information & eGovernment Authority – and Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Khalifa - Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the Bahrain Centre for Strategic, International & Energy Studies (Derasat) - together with committee members and 30 attendees of the evaluation team.

On such occasion, Mr. AlQaed stressed that such honoring reflects the appreciation of the team’s effective efforts in implementing the evaluation process as he praised the performance level and team spirit during the final evaluation. He also praised their keenness to implement all the standards and requirements related to the evaluation process; emphasizing the impact on the success of the project and achievement of its objectives which support in developing the quality of the government service centers for all public entities while also raising customers satisfaction level.

Committee Chairman Mr. Mohamed also highlighted that the committee prioritizes the importance of enhancing government integration in order to ensure the continuous development process of public services, develop the services and enhance users experience to interact with the centers by improving procedures, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services according to international practices. This reflects the aspirations of the organizational committee chaired by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad AlKhalifa - the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister – and his vision in the potentials of the public entities in achieving excellence, quality in performance and constructively support creativity as well as innovation of all public sector employees.  

Moreover, AlQaed recognized such fruitful cooperation between Derasat, Civil Service Bureau, Education & Training Quality Authority, University of Bahrain and Silah Gulf which have all cooperated in providing a number of competent employees to participate amongst the evaluation team formed by the committee.

During the closing of the ceremony, the evaluation team received appreciation certificates as they expressed their gratitude and praised the cooperation of all employees in the government service centers which ensures the success of the process. They also stressed the effectiveness and success of the undercover marketing teams which have undergone customer’s experience to obtain the government service along with the teams’ contributions in enhancing service quality by measuring the performance level and adhering to standards consistent with the followed evaluation plan.
