iGA Chief Executive: ‘PM Fellowship Program embodies HRH Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s vision to develop national leaders who strive for government excellence’

Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) Chief Executive Mohammed Ali Al Qaed highlighted the significance of the Prime Minister’s Fellowship Program which embodies the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa’s vision to develop leaders capable of achieving government excellence, in line with comprehensive national development under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
During a meeting with the 10th intake of the Prime Minister Fellowship Program, Al Qaed described the program as a model for the development of young Bahraini talent, providing them with technical skills needed to improve the government sector in line with Vision 2030. He emphasized that it reflects the national focus on human capital by preparing future leaders to make information-driven decisions and address emerging challenges with innovative solutions. He extended his best wishes to the 10th batch , encouraging them to take this opportunity to cultivate leadership abilities and innovation-focused mindsets to help them achieve the program’s objectives.
Al Qaed highlighted the iGA’s commitment to delivering a seamless user experience through advanced digital solutions that streamline procedures, speed up service delivery, and build public trust. He emphasized that public satisfaction remains a top priority, supported by the leveraging of the latest technologies and strong collaboration across government entities and the private sector.
Al Qaed briefed the participants on the Information & eGovernment Auhtority’s latest digital initiatives, which mark a significant step in Bahrain’s digital transformation. These projects, including the latest launch of the “MyGov ” App for unified service access, the Revamped (eKey 2.0) App, the upgraded national ID card, self-service centers, and the iGA Innovation Center, align with the Kingdom’s vision for a modern, efficient, and citizen-centric government.
The participants expressed their gratitude to Al Qaed for his valuable insights , advise and commitment to empowering youth in the public sector, which fosters new opportunities for innovation and creativity.
