The evaluation was carried out by a distinguished committee of local and international ICT and digital-transformation experts following the highest benchmarks of excellence. . The evaluation jury committee was chaired by Mr. Alexander Felsenberg, an international digital expert and Board Member of the UN SDG World Summit Award (WSA), Chairman of the WSA Germany Nomination Committee, alongside Mr. Abdulla Habib, a representative of the private sector and an expert in digital systems development, serving as the Vice Chairman of the Committee.” 

The committee  also included Dr. Esra Ahmed Wali, an expert in information technology, scientific research and innovation representing the academic sector, Mrs. Najwa Abdul Rahim, an expert in technology driven transformation and ICT strategy ,Ms. Daneh Al Rayes, an expert in smart cities representing civil society institutions , Dr. Aisha Bushager, an expert in e-learning and cybersecurity representing the financial sector, Dr. Mohammed Baqer, a specialist in information technology and engineering representing the academic sector, Mrs. Samya Hussain, a specialist in corporate communication, community engagement, and social responsibility , MrEsam Hadi, a digital transformation leader and expert in information technology and Mr.Ali Beshara, an expert in cybersecurity representing the information security sector.
