Government Service Center Evaluation Committee Holds 15th Meeting Ahead of Taqyeem

Chaired by Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) Chief Executive Mohammed Ali Al Qaed, the Government Service Centre Evaluation Committee (Taqyeem) held its 15th meeting ahead of the launch of the sixth evaluation round (Taqyeem 6).

Al Qaed thanked the committee members for their dedication in the previous round, which significantly improved government service center performance. He praised all participating entities for their commitment to enhancing efficiency and service quality, in line with government directives to raise performance standards.

He stressed that advancing government service centers requires sustained collaboration across the different entities. Commending past achievements, the committee chairman expressed confidence that the upcoming round would deliver further progress and innovation, driving higher customer satisfaction and better user experiences.

The committee reviewed evaluation readiness based on updated criteria in the new 2025 Taqyeem guide, which sets standards aimed at improving government services and channels in line with digital transformation strategies.

Members highlighted the importance of customer feedback on service center transactions, noting its role in developing services and channels that meet expectations. The agenda also focused on enhancing customer experience, ensuring service sustainability, and alignment to changing requirements and diverse customer lifestyles.

The committee reaffirmed its commitment to supporting continued national achievements in this field, reflecting the government's dedication to enhancing service center efficiency and fostering innovation and excellence in service delivery.
