Information & eGovernment Authority: Digital Government Services are now operating normally after resolving the technical issue

The Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) announced that the recent unforeseen technical issue affecting few government systems, websites and applications in the Kingdom of Bahrain, caused by a global cloud infrastructure disruption, has been fully resolved. All services have now returned to normal operation.
The iGA confirmed that all users can now fully access and use all digital government systems, reaffirming that the services are fully stable and operational.
The iGA urges all government digital service users, who have any enquiries with government services to contact the Government Services Contact Center at 80008001 or use the National Suggestions and Complaints System (Tawasul).
