
Ms. Rania Al-Buainain has more than 20 years of experience in the Customer Services field - serving as Customer Services Specialist at the Central Informatics Organization - CIO since 1997 until 2008 & as a Chief, Customer Services, Directorate of Operations since 2008 until 2018 when she was appointed as Acting Director of Operations.
As a professional in Customer Services, her chief responsibilities embrace Change Management, Incident Management, managing ministries projects related to iGA to ensure that IGA’s business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures.
Ms. Al-Buainain holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from University of Bahrain 1997. She has also achieved a range of professional certificates in the field of Service Management including CA SM Certificates, Strategic Planning, Advanced Techniques in Org. Performance and leadership.
