The Chairman of the Government Service Centers Evaluation Committee and Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) Chief Executive, Mohammed Ali Al Qaed, commended His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for recognizing centers awarded the Gold classification and virtual service centers awarded the Platinum classification under the Taqyeem 5 evaluation program. The recognition reflects the commitment to fostering a culture of excellence across all developmental sectors in the Kingdom.

Al Qaed noted that government entities prioritize performance excellence, especially in empowering national talent, streamlining procedures, embracing innovation, and applying global best practices to enhance service quality and efficiency. He emphasized that this year’s achievements reflect the strong support and oversight of His Royal Highness, which has driven government entities and the Evaluation Committee to advance key initiatives that enhance service delivery and public sector performance, ultimately benefiting citizens and residents.
Al Qaed congratulated all government entities whose Service Centers earned Gold and Platinum classifications, praising their commitment to excellence and constructive competitiveness. He highlighted that 88% of centers met the excellence criteria, with 56 out of 64 surpassing 90% of core standards. Since the program's launch in 2018, 58 centers underperforming centers have been merged or closed as part of ongoing reforms.
Al Qaed emphasized the need to sustain these achievements through continued collaboration with the Evaluation Committee. He urged entities to enhance partnerships, adapt to changing service expectations, and expand digital solutions to streamline procedures and strengthen public sector performance.
The committee Chairman noted that these outcomes reflect the success of the Evaluation Centers and government entities’ objectives, including promoting service excellence, using evaluation for improvement, anticipating customer needs, and enhancing the efficiency of service delivery.
Al Qaed reaffirmed his congratulations to the winners for their exceptional performance in the Taqyeem 5 and wished them continued success. He stressed on the importance of leveraging evaluation findings to drive continuous improvement, enhance organizational effectiveness, and meet citizens' expectations for high-quality, efficient public services.
