"Benayat" Wins Special Achievement in GIS (SAG) Award in Government and Production Sector

The Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, and The Information & eGovernment Authority won the Special Achievement in GIS (SAG) Award through the “Benayat” Building Permit System, at the Esri User Conference in the United States of America; the world’s largest global event in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). This recognition comes after being selected from over 100 nominated projects from around the world.
This achievement highlights the Kingdom’s leadership in digital transformation and innovation. The Benayat system has simplified building permit procedures, reduced processing times, and enhanced integration and digital connectivity, delivering greater efficiency, transparency, and faster services.
