During the meeting, Al Qaed reaffirmed the committee's commitment to improving the performance of government service centers and enhancing the customer experience. He also expressed his appreciation for the valuable contributions of the committee's former members and their dedicated efforts in strengthening the Government Service Centers Evaluation framework and enhancing the quality of government services.

Al Qaed praised the expertise and capabilities of the committee's current members and their ability to build on the committee”s achievements. He emphasized the importance of continuing to work in the spirit of Team Bahrain, adopting international best practices, and fostering innovation in the evaluation process to support the committee's objectives and further advance government excellence in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

During the meeting, Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, was elected as Vice Chair of the committee, while Ms. Fatima Hafez Barhoom was appointed as the committee's Rapporteur.

The committee also discussed several agenda items, including its roles and operations, the implementation plan for the sixth round of the Government Service Centers Evaluation Program, and the readiness of government service centers for the evaluation process, all aimed at further enhancing the quality of government services delivered to citizens and residents.
