iGA CE and BisB CEO Explore Joint Collaboration

Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) Chief Executive Mohammed Ali Al Qaed received Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB) delegation led by the Chief Executive Officer Fatema Al Alawi to explore strategic collaboration opportunities in digital transformation, banking services, and customer experience enhancement. Attendees included Dr. Khalid Almutawah, iGA Deputy Chief Executive of Operations and Governance, Ameer Dairi, BisB Chief Financial and Strategy Officer, and several directors and officials from both entities.
Al Qaed emphasized the importance of government and financial sector collaboration to advance Bahrain’s digital transformation and improve services for citizens and residents leveraging both the iGA and BisB's capabilities to develop innovative and secure digital solutions. They also discussed enhancing digital integrations and technological infrastructure development, as well as expanding shared services in line with national digital strategies.
The meeting concluded with mutual agreement on the importance of the ongoing collaboration to advance shared objectives and enhance digital Services efficiency across the Kingdom.
