The iGA highlighted that the ramadan majlis owners, who wish their majlis name to be listed on MyGov app, will need to provide basic information when registering, including their majlis’name, its opening days and timings, and its full address, including the governorate, area and thelocation coordinates, as well as the name and contact number of the person in charge.
 
The MyGov app offers a range of related eServices and features that can be useful during the holy month of Ramadan. Delivered through ongoing cooperation between the iGA and the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, the services include zakat and charity payment services, along with useful location-based features such as mosque and Ramadan majlis locations, prayer times, qibla direction, the daily moon status, and the Gregorian and Hijri calendars, all accessible from the app’s main page. The app also includes the Fa’el Khair service, provided with the support of the Ministry of Interior, which allows donors to help financially distressed individuals with outstanding court judgments.
 
For more information or inquiries, majlis owners can contact the Government Services Contact Center on 80008001. Suggestions, inquiries, and feedback can also be submitted through the National Suggestions and Complaints System (Tawasul) or the Tawasul app. The iGA also encourages the public to follow its social media accounts igabahrain for the latest updates on available services.
