This includes highlighting key digital services, features, and information that enable users to access and complete government services easily and efficiently. The traffic awareness pavilion also provides an opportunity for direct engagement with the public, allowing the iGA to gather constructive feedback to support the development of eservices and improve the overall digital user experience.

These services include updating contact details to ensure citizens and residents receive traffic notifications, issuing vehicle authorization for the King Fahd Causeway, viewing vehicle ownership and driving license details, accessing ownership of license plate numbers, and information on the locations of speed camera locations, traffic service centers, and vehicle inspection centers. This is in addition to services for renewing driving licenses and vehicle registrations, as well as traffic violation payments.
