Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) reminds Citizens and Residents to Utilize Its Online Services via the National Portal bahrain.bh and the MyGov app

Manama – Kingdom of Bahrain: In light of the current circumstances and considering the safety of citizens and residents, the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) reminds the public that ID card, civil records, address, birth, and death services are available online through the National Portal (bahrain.bh) and the ID card services via MyGov mobile app, available on the eGovernment App Store (bahrain.bh/apps). The iGA encourages the public to utilize the available digital channels to conveniently complete their transactions.
The Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) also noted that virtual support is available for individuals who may face challenges in using the eServices of ID card, civil records, birth and death services , and address services may benefit from its virtual Customer Service. Appointments can be taken through iga.gov.bh for a video call with one of the iGA’s agents for assistance.
It is worth mentioning that the iGA’s Customer Service Centers in Isa Town and Muharraq branches provide their services to citizens and residents daily during the holy month of Ramadan from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. through usual appointment booking procedures, while the Self-Service Center is available 24/7.
