In line with the directives of H.E. General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior and Chairman of MCICT, and as part of its ongoing efforts to foster innovation and enhance government service quality, the Information & eGovernment Authority organized a workshop titled “AI Tools for Employee Productivity” at the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF), Delivered by the Innovation and Advanced Technologies Directorate, the workshop aimed to equip iGA employees with practical knowledge and skills to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) in their daily tasks. The session covered a range of topics including AI fundamentals, prompt engineering, generative AI applications, and the latest research on AI's impact on productivity. It also featured hands-on activities to ensure the effective application of AI tools in the workplace. Senior iGA officials emphasized the authority’s commitment to continuous learning, thanking BIBF for its collaboration and support in delivering this impactful training.
